Return Policy

At Dynamiki Agency, we value our clients and strive to provide the highest quality digital products and marketing services. Please review our return policy carefully:

  1. Digital Products
    All sales of digital products, including but not limited to templates, downloadable resources, and online courses, are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
  2. Marketing Services
    If you are dissatisfied with our marketing services, we encourage you to reach out to us within 7 days of project delivery to discuss your concerns. We are committed to resolving issues through revisions, where applicable. Refunds on services may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are at the discretion of Dynamiki Agency. Please note that refunds will not be issued for work already completed or in progress.
  3. Consultation Services
    Consultations, whether provided in person, over the phone, or online, are non-refundable. We are happy to reschedule any consultation session if notified at least 24 hours in advance.
  4. Subscription Services
    For clients who have subscribed to ongoing marketing services, you may cancel your subscription at any time. However, refunds for unused portions of the current billing cycle are not available. Services will continue until the end of the billing cycle following the cancellation.
  5. Cancellation Policy
    For project-based services, cancellations requested after work has commenced will result in charges for services rendered up to the point of cancellation. A detailed invoice will be provided outlining work completed and applicable charges.
  6. Exceptions
